1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer free standard shipping to the United Kingdom, European Union, and the United States. If you are located outside these regions, please contact us at info@noorelondon.co.uk for custom shipping options.


2. How long does delivery take?

Our chocolates are shipped directly from Dubai.
Processing time: 0–5 business days
Delivery to UK & EU: 5–10 business days
Delivery to US: 7–12 business days
You will receive tracking details via email once your order is dispatched.


3. What makes Fix Dessert Chocolate special?

Fix Dessert Chocolate is a viral Dubai-style confection, featuring rich fillings like pistachio knafeh, lotus, karak tea, and other Middle Eastern–inspired flavours. Each bar is handcrafted, beautifully layered, and made with premium ingredients.


4. How should I store the chocolate?

Keep the chocolate in a cool, dry place, ideally between 15°C and 20°C.
Avoid exposure to sunlight, heat, or humidity. Once opened, we recommend consuming it within 1–2 weeks for best texture and flavour.


5. Do your products contain allergens?

Yes. Our chocolates may contain nuts (e.g. pistachios, hazelnuts), milk, sesame, gluten and may contain traces of peanuts or other allergens. Full allergen details are listed on each product page.


6. Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.
